It is also used as self-healing dynamic yoga therapy in Ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine).
Its main purposes are: to improve body-mind balance and coordination, to fully rejuvenate our organism and to help us express our creative potential.
It is philosophically based on Tantra (The art of expansive energy), Yoga (The art of re-integration) and Ayurveda (The art of eternal life), and it’s the oldest healthy-body-mind movement art known in India, which inspired other gymnastics and martial arts.
Bodhidharma, who took Buddhism to China in the Fifth Century, would take inner martial arts as well. Residents of the Shaolin temple learnt it to defend themselves from the bandits and to strengthen their bodies. It shares many basic principles of Qi-Gong and Kung-Fu.
ENTHEODANZ Entheodanz is a dance journey through tribal rythms, self-healing inner martial arts, and dynamic tantric-yoga meditations.
The sessions consist of guided practices as well as free flow creative improvisations that can be group, individual or partner-based.
Focusing on different energetic aspects of attention, balance, release, voicing, trance and meditation. Loving our bodies, showering ourselves with creativity and joy.
